Free beta
Installing Evaré on Android
While Evaré is in beta it isn’t in the Google Play Store yet, so you install it straight from our download link. It takes about two minutes.
- On your Android phone, tap Download for Android, then tap Install or Download on the page that opens. The file is called something like evare.apk.
- Open the downloaded file. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the finished download, or find it in your Files app under Downloads.
- Allow the install. Android will say it can’t install apps from this source yet. Tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, then tap back. This only lets your browser install this one file you chose.
- Tap Install, then Open. Create your account and you’re in.
If something goes wrong
- “App not installed”: there may be an older test version on your phone. Uninstall it first, then try again.
- Google Play Protect warns you: this happens with any app that isn’t in the Play Store yet. Tap More details and then Install anyway.
- Still stuck? Email hello.evare@supportevare.com and a real person will help.
Updates
When there’s a new beta version, download it again from supportevare.com/start. Installing it keeps all your vaults and memories. They’re safely stored in your account, not just on your phone.
